Alongside your training

Nutrition coaching that does not hand you a meal plan

A meal plan is somebody guessing what you will want to eat in eleven days. Most people follow one for about a fortnight and then quietly stop, and conclude the failure was theirs rather than the plan's.

Working with a nutrition coach here starts from how you already eat. What your mornings look like, what you cook, what you reach for when the day has gone sideways, what you genuinely enjoy and have no intention of giving up. Then we change one or two things and see whether they hold.

The pace is deliberately slow, because habits that arrive slowly tend to stay. Changing everything at once feels productive for a week and then collapses, which most people have already experienced at least twice.

This sits alongside your training rather than replacing it. I am a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, which means habit and routine coaching. It is not clinical practice, so if something needs a dietitian or your doctor I will say so and refer you rather than improvise.

What a session looks like

How it works

We look at how you actually eat, pick one or two things worth changing, and build from there alongside your training.

I am a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, so this is coaching on habits and routine alongside your training. It is still not a diet plan, not a meal plan, and not medical or clinical advice.

If something needs a dietitian or your doctor, I will tell you that rather than guess.
