Train alongside others
Small Group Personal Training
Coached programming in a group of four at most, so you still get eyes on your technique.

Four at most
Small group training, which is not a class
A fitness class is one person at the front doing a workout while everybody copies. Small group personal training is coached programming with a cap of four, which means you are still being watched and corrected, just alongside other people.
Everyone lifts the same movements and everybody loads them differently. A beginner and somebody two years in can train in the same session without either of them getting a compromise version, because the weight on the bar is the variable, not the exercise.
The group part does real work. Turning up is easier when three other people expect you, and training beside somebody slightly ahead of you is a faster education than any explanation I can give. It also costs less per session than one to one, which for a lot of people is the difference between training twice a week and once a fortnight.
Groups run in Centerburg. If four feels like a lot, it is genuinely small: you will know everybody's name by the second week.
What a session looks like
How it works
Small group sits between one to one and training alone. You get coaching and correction, at a lower cost per session.
Good if you would rather train alongside other people than on your own. The programming approach is the same as one to one.
